CREDIT CARDS

We accept online payments using either Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards. Payments are allowed in either AED or dollars. When using the option “Credit Card Online” as a payment method, please take note that that the details on the customers’ ID should exactly match the details of the credit card that is being used to make the purchase. (note: Credit cards also includes American Express card). Please review our charges as below:- 

Local Visa/MasterCard 2.95% + 1 AED  (UAE ISSUED BANKS CARD)
Regional Visa/MasterCard 3.45% + 1 AED (INTERNATIONAL)
Global Visa/MasterCard 3.95% + 1 AED

Know your payments are secure when you’re buying , get the security you expect plus purchase protection on all eligible transactions.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Using this service allows you to pay in cash upon receiving your order at the designated address. Due to the extra costs involved with providing a COD service, cash payment orders are charged with an additional 20 AED for UAE shipments. Any order deliveries amounting to 500 AED or over are free of charge.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that your order may be subject to local charges, such as sales tax or customs duties. These local charges depend on your region and any governmental import policies duties. These charges are at the expense of the customer.
